Chris has over 20 years’ of experience leading teams across the consulting and advisory space and within ASX corporate entities, primarily focusing on the infrastructure, energy, industrials and services sectors.
Prior to his appointment as CEO in 2021, Chris held the roles of Chief Development Officer from early 2017 and subsequently Chief Financial Officer and played an integral role in the formation of the current team and the execution of BINGO’s expansionary strategy, including seeing the company through its IPO, several large, successful acquisitions, geographical expansion and vertical integration strategies and it’s delisting and acquisition by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA).
Since IPO Chris’s remit with BINGO has covered the traditional finance an development functions together with overseeing the legal and risk functions, initial development of the sustainability strategy and function, marketing, stakeholder engagement and the successful delivery of large capital projects.
Chris previously held roles as Executive General Manager Strategy Markets and Investments at ASX listed Broadspectrum Limited, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Investor Relations at WDS Limited, Senior Manager at Transurban Limited, and prior to that was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance team.
Chris holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University and is a member of the Chartered Accountants ANZ and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jo is a senior People & Culture professional with over 20 years’ experience leading the Customer Service, Operations, Safety and People & Culture functions of large organisations.
Jo joined BINGO from ASX-listed Eagers Automotive, where she led the People & Culture function. Prior to this, she held senior Operational and People roles at O’Brien Glass, including Human Resources Director and Customer Service & Operational Director. Jo has previously worked in Human Resources roles with KAZ Technology, Raytheon Australia, Boeing Australia and BHP.
Jo holds a degree in Organisational Behaviour and Psychology, is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and brings to BINGO her many years’ of experience working across a range of industries, including manufacturing, corporate, retail, information technology and engineering.
Declan has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), with the last 15 years in senior management positions. Prior to joining BINGO, Declan led the technology function for AirAsia as Group CIO based in Kuala Lumpur. Declan has also headed up the IT group for UAE-based airline flydubai as Vice President IT.

Declan has also held various IT and management positions in organisations across various industries, including telecommunications, real estate and private equity ventures across the UAE, Australia and the UK. 
Declan has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
Jamie has over eight years of waste management experience, joining BINGO in 2011 as a collections vehicle driver. He has since held a number of roles across all areas of the BINGO business including senior management roles as General Manager of Transport as well as Fleet Allocator and Operations Manager.

Jamie has been instrumental to the evolution of BINGO and in particular the transport strategy that has differentiated the Company and provided the platform for growth across NSW and more recently VIC. Jamie was appointed General Manager of the Commercial and Industrial business in July 2019.
Chris has more than 20 years’ of experience in strategy, corporate development, corporate and public affairs, sustainability and investor relations in Australia, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the US. 

Chris previously held senior executive roles with the CIMIC Group, Broadspectrum (Ferrovial) and the Depa Group.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment. He is a Director of the Australian Council of Recycling.

Over 25 years' of experience across transportation, ITS, infrastructure, telecommunications and energy sectors. Geoff has considerable commercial, financial, and people leadership skills and has deep experience in operations, development, technology and service delivery.

Previously held senior leadership roles with Transurban, Queensland Motorways and AGL.

Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree, is a Chartered Accountant and is based in Melbourne.

James joined BINGO Industries in May 2017 and is responsible for the financial affairs of the group. Prior to becoming BINGO’s CFO, James previously held the roles of Group Financial Controller and General Manager – Finance Transformation and Investor Relations.
James has over twenty years of experience with organisations including Deloitte, Macquarie Group and J.P. Morgan.
James holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of NSW, Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a member of the Chartered Accountants ANZ.

John has over 25 years’ experience working in the waste industry. Prior to joining BINGO, John was held senior operational roles at Suez such as Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director and other operational General Manager roles.

John also has a background in accounting and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW), and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
