BINGO Industries is proud to announce it will be funding a McGrath Breast Care Nurse as part of its ongoing partnership with the McGrath Foundation.
The McGrath Foundation has an ambitious goal to fund 250 breast care nurses across Australia by 2025, as they work towards their mission of ensuring that no one misses out on care.
“We are incredibly proud to be a long-term supporter of the McGrath Foundation and part of a collective of corporate partners helping the McGrath Foundation on the way to achieving their goal,” said Jo Cairns, People Chief and Safety Officer at BINGO.
“Sponsoring a full-time nurse based in Western Sydney, for the next three years, marks another significant milestone in our eight-year partnership.
“Generosity and care are a big part of our BINGO DNA and what makes us One Team, One Family. That’s why we are committed to giving back and driving positive social change.
“McGrath Breast Care Nurses help individuals and their families affected by breast cancer by providing invaluable physical, psychological and emotional support, from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment.”
“We are so grateful to BINGO Industries for their support, it is thanks to the incredible efforts of our corporate partners, like BINGO Industries, that we can move closer to our goal of funding 250 McGrath Breast Care Nurses by 2025,” says Tracy Bevan, McGrath Foundation Ambassador & Director.
BINGO has proudly supported The McGrath Foundation since 2014, raising more than $626,000 to date to help fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses.
In addition to fundraising, BINGO also shows ongoing support and commitment by operating five pink trucks to help raise awareness for breast cancer in the communities in which they operate in.
