Finalists announced for 2023 Women in Industry Awards

Congratulations to Ros Dent, Head of Environment Operations, and Shiloh Ainuu, Operational Excellence Manager, for making the Women in Industry Awards finalist list.

The Women in Industry Awards recognise outstanding women from across a range of industrial sectors, for example those who work in mining, transport, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, bulk handling, waste management, rail and construction and infrastructure – all sectors that are traditionally male-dominated.

BINGO is thrilled to see Ros being selected as a finalist for the Industry Advocacy Award, and Shiloh for the Mentor of the Year Award

The Industry Advocacy Award recognises an individual who has helped shape a positive view of their industry and/or helped to create a policy change that benefits those working in the sector.

The Mentor of the Year recognises an individual who has demonstrated a commitment to developing female talent within their organisation or wider industry.

There were a record 158 nominations received this year, and all were of an extremely high standard.

The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner on Thursday 8 June, at Aerial Events in Melbourne.

Congratulations again to Ros and Shiloh!
