BINGO Industries wishes to advise that planned maintenance works will be undertaken at Eastern Creek on 7 and 8 July 2026. During this period, the existing leachate pump infrastructure will be temporarily taken offline and replaced as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining best practice environmental controls at the facility.
Landfill gas extraction systems will continue to operate normally throughout the works and will not be affected by the pump replacement. No adverse environmental impacts are anticipated as a result of these works.
All maintenance activities will be conducted in accordance with the facility's Environment Protection Licence (EPL) and environmental management obligations. Works will be completed by an experienced contractor under the supervision of Bingo's Engineering and Environment teams.
