The waste landscape in australia

Landfill space in Australia is finite and landfilling waste material should be the absolute last resort. Non-compliant waste management practices and illegal dumping still exist in the waste industry. A significant volume of waste is not being recycled efficiently—or at all—and the reliance on virgin materials is still widespread.
Hear how BINGO is providing solutions to the problems as we explore every possible alternative in order to extend the lifecycle of materials and keep material out of landfill

Everything you need to know before visiting this Recycling centre
What to expect on site?

Where is your waste going?
BINGO aims to shift the mindset from waste disposal to resource recovery, being part of a transition to a circular economy. Over the past five years alone, we've recycled and recovered more than 3 million tonnes of materials, reducing carbon emissions by over 1.5 million tonnes. This is equivalent to removing more than 330,000 petrol cars from the road for a year.
Tipping Fees
Some of our waste centres have specific pricing for certain types of waste. You can check our pricing here

Industry leaders in recycling

Our aim is to maximize the diversion of waste from landfill, extend the lifecycle of material and help in the transition to a truly circular economy. Our goal is 100% diversion of waste from landfill, and we are intensely focused on solving for “the last mile”, the final 10-15% of residual waste from recycling. By focusing on recycling and recovering rather than disposal, we can materially reduce carbon emissions and achieve a significantly better sustainability outcome.
