Tony is Chairman of Macquarie Specialized Asset Management Limited (a global infrastructure fund), Venues NSW, the AFL GWS Giants and the Inaugural Chairman of Infrastructure SA. He is also a Director of Enviropacific Pty Ltd, Racing NSW, Virgin Australia International Holdings Limited and Snowy Hydro Limited.

Tony has had an extensive career in Australia and overseas in the private and public sectors. He pioneered private infrastructure with projects such as the Sydney Harbour Tunnel, Melbourne City Link and East Link.

He was the inaugural Chairman of WestConnex. He oversaw the listing of Transurban, Transfield Services and Connect East.

Tony was President of the Business Council of Australia, Chairman of the National Commission of Audit and Chairman of ASTRA (the subscription TV Association).

He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Patron of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia.

In June 2012 Tony was named as an Officer of the Order of Australia.

Tony joined the BINGO Board when the company was acquired by managed funds of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets and their co investors.
Amanda joined the BINGO Board when the company was acquired by managed funds of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets and their co investors.

Amanda joined Macquarie in 2018 after relocating from the UK where she was the CEO of AGS Airports Limited, one of the UK's leading airport groups and operator of Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports.

Amanda is a Director of One Rail Australia, Perth Airport, Queensland Airports Limited (which includes Gold Coast & Townsville airports) and North Queensland Airports Limited (Ciarns & Mackay), and is the former Chair of Hobart Airport.

Prior to her career in aviation Amanda worked for the global drinks company Diageo and KPMG in financial and leadership roles. She was awarded an OBE from Her Majesty the Queen for her services to business and tourism in 2013

As a former BINGO CEO with over 15 years’ experience in the recycling and waste industry, Daniel brings deep industry knowledge and connectivity to his role on the BINGO Board. Daniel has been integral in the formation and execution of BINGO’s growth strategy, including during the Company’s time as an ASX listed entity and more recently, geographical expansion and vertical integration.
 
Daniel has experienced in leading large, geographically dispersed teams and with a strong passion for people and has successfully led BINGO’s expansionary strategy including overseeing several successful acquisitions, and most recently the acquisition of Dial a Dump Industries in 2019.

Elizabeth Crouch is Chair of the Customer Owned Banking Association and SGS Economics and Planning and is a non-Executive Director of ReadyTech Holdings. Ms Crouch is on the Boards of Health Infrastructure and the Western Sydney Local Health District and in 2018 was appointed to the Board of the NSW Institute of Sport. She chairs Audit and Risk Committees for the City of Sydney and RailCorp and is also the Chair of CREST ANZ, an organisation that registers ethical cyber security testing companies.

Ms Crouch is an Emeritus Deputy Chancellor of Macquarie University and has held previous NED roles on the Boards of Chandler Macleod Group, McGrath Estate Agents, RailCorp and the Macquarie University Hospital. From 2016-2018 she was a Trustee of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, retiring in December 2018. She spent 16 years with the Federal Government and more than a decade in the private sector including as Chief Executive of the Housing Industry Association. Ms Crouch holds a Bachelor of Economics and is currently completing a Master of Cyber Security and in June 2019 was awarded an Order of Australia for services to higher education and the rail transport industry.
Ian joined the BINGO Board in March 2019 following the completed acquisition of Dial a Dump Industries (DADI) by Bingo. Since founding DADI in 1984, Ian has grown the business through a series of strategic commercial and industrial real estate acquisitions and the development of innovative technology, to form the leading resource recovery and recycling business DADI is today.

Ian brings over 35 years of waste management operations expertise and an extensive track record of development execution to BINGO’s Board of Directors.

He retains interests in other waste-related activities independent of BINGO, as well as interests in commercial real estate development and the leisure sector. 
Kieran joined the BINGO Board when the company was acquired by managed funds of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real  Asets and their co investors.

Kieran joined Macquarie in 2000 in Sydney where he worked in infrastructure and principal inveestments. In addition to Sydney, Kieran has worked on infrastructure assets and transactions in various locations including London, Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, Mumbai, Guangzhou, Manila, Madrid, Seoul and Auckland. Kieran has been a Director of a range of businesses including oil storage, rail, mobile phone towers, marine transport and aged care.

Kieran is currently a Director of Endeavour Energy and One Rail Australia.

Kieran has led the acquisition of several infrastructure assets, including Endeavour Energy, Genesee & Wyoming Australia, and the subsequent acquisition of Glencore Rail and ANZ Terminals.

Jason joined the BINGO Board when the company was acquired by managed funds of Macquarie Infrstructure and Real Assets and their co investors.

Jason joined GIC Infrastructure in 2020. As Senior Vice President, Asia & Emerging Markets, he has asset management responsibility for the Asia Pacific region and represents GIC on the boards of its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining GIC, Jason worked for Sembcorp Industries Ltd in various asset management roles which span the power, water and waste management sectors. His last appointment was Senior Vice President, Middle East, South Africa, Americas  & Bangladesh Markets, and Head, Environmental Sustainability, Global Operations. In his previous appointments, Jason also managed joint venture companies in ASEAN, Australia, China and India.
