Making customer's lives easier
In FY21, customer satisfaction was identified as one of our important considerations in our materiality review and during the course of the last few years we have made several significant improvements to our customer experience offering.
In particular, building out our new Customer Relationship Management system; Book a Bin, our online ordering service; and MyBINGO, our digital, customer self-service app-based platform for account customers.
