Our customer experience approach is based on collaboration and partnership, working with our customers to help them achieve sustainable outcomes for their stakeholders. 

Making customer's lives easier


In FY21, customer satisfaction was identified as one of our important considerations in our materiality review and during the course of the last few years we have made several significant improvements to our customer experience offering. 

In particular, building out our new Customer Relationship Management system; Book a Bin, our online ordering service; and MyBINGO, our digital, customer self-service app-based platform for account customers.

Net Promoter Score above 50
We are pleased to share that we maintained a Net Promoter Score (a customer loyalty and satisfaction measurement) for customer engagement above 50.
