Creating an inclusive culture

At BINGO, we are committed to supporting an inclusive workplace, where everyone feels valued and respected. We recognise that diverse teams achieve better results and by providing an environment that values diversity, we help to support our people - our ‘GOgetters’ - to reach their full potential. Our diverse workforce

We value and leverage diversity in our workforce. Only 31.4% of our employees identify as having Australian ancestry, and 3.5% of our employees identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. A large portion of our workforce are of African, Middle Eastern and South Pacific Island decent. And we’re proud to provide career opportunities for people who have sought refuge in Australia, are unskilled or come from non-English speaking backgrounds.

At BINGO we have a long-term target of 50% female representation on our Board and we’re targeting greater than 50% female representation across senior management.

Our initiatives

Here are some of the ways we’re demonstrating our commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion:
  • Implementing our diversity and inclusion framework
  • Continuing to support flexible work arrangements for our people by increasing our part-time and casual workforce
  • Launching our first Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to support our indigenous employees, and create opportunities for Indigenous candidates and businesses
