Chief Executive Officer

Chris Jeffrey

Chris has over 20 years’ of experience in the consulting and advisory space and within ASX-listed companies, across the infrastructure, energy, industrials and services sectors.  

Prior to his appointment as CEO in 2021, Chris held the roles of Chief Development Officer and Chief Financial Officer, where he played a key role in the execution of BINGO’s expansionary strategy. This included seeing the company through its IPO, several large acquisitions, delivering of BINGO’s geographical expansion and vertical integration strategies and its acquisition by Macquarie Asset Management (MAM).  

Chris previously held senior management roles at ASX listed Broadspectrum Limited, WDS Limited, Transurban Limited, and prior to that was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance team.  

Chris holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University and is a member of the Chartered Accountants ANZ and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
