Jason Chan

Jason joined the BINGO Board when the company was acquired by managed funds of Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) and their co-investors.  

Jason joined GIC Infrastructure in 2020. As Senior Vice President, Asia & Emerging Markets, he has asset management responsibility for the Asia Pacific region and represents GIC on the boards of its portfolio companies.  

Prior to joining GIC, Jason worked for Sembcorp Industries Ltd in various asset management roles which span the power, water and waste management sectors. His last appointment was Senior Vice President, Middle East, South Africa, Americas & Bangladesh Markets, and Head, Environmental Sustainability, Global Operations. In his previous appointments, Jason also managed joint venture companies in ASEAN, Australia, China and India.  

Jason holds several qualifications including; Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor in Science in Mechanical Engineering (Highest Honours) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
